SanDisk has launched a new 128GB flash drive today which it claims to be the world’s smallest USB 3.0 flash drive. Without its cap on the drive comes in at just three-quarters of an inch in length and just 0.63 inch in width and 0.35 inch in height. Sandisk says these dimensions make it smaller than a dime, so users can leave it plugged into a USB port without ever having to worry about plugging it out because it might get in the way, so to speak.
According to SanDisk it designed this flash drive for media enthusiasts who want to expand the storage on their “notebook, tablet, TV, in-car audio system, gaming console and more.”
