If You Can't Beat 'em.....

The next phase of the ongoing Patent Wars being fought by the iFruit company and Samsung has started in California. The District Court is hearing arguments in the case where a bunch of Cali fruits and nuts awarded the iFruit company over a billion dollars from Samsung.

The reason that these lawsuits are taking place is simple, the iFruiters want all of the money and hate the fact that Samsung is making better products and selling them at a fair price. Imagine that, selling products for less than the bloated prices that Fan Boyz and Gurlz gladly pay in order to be cooler than others.

Much like MSFT, the philosophy of the “If you can’t beat ‘em in the marketplace then beat them i the courts” seems to rule iFruit lovers thoughts.
