We
asked for a response from Olympus to the article we saw listing them as
one of the endangered brands for 2013. The “official” response we
received back is: “Olympus will discontinue new product development for
low-priced compact cameras. However, sales of products that have already
been manufactured will continue through the life cycle of the
products”.
Hmmmm, does that sound like really strong response to you? To us it sounds like tap dancing around the question.
